Simon, a 3-years old baby, has already acquired a large fortune by uncovering a fabulous treasure buried in the sand near his home. But after having taken holidays on the other side of the world with his brother, he discovers that a water park was built just above his treasure. Simon and his brother have since only one goal in mind: to wreak havoc in the park so that it will go bankrupt! On board their dinghy and armed with guns shooting tennis balls, help them to snipe the guards, paint cans and other mascots.
