Hold the left or right mouse button to keep a grip with the corresponding hand, look for a solid hold higher up with the other arm, then pull yourself up with the space bar. On paper, it sounds simple. In practice, every movement requires precision.
The challenge comes as much from the physics as from the mental pressure. One shaky grip, one movement too sudden, one poorly controlled swing… and a fall can send you several meters back down.
