Find Matt’s Cats is a hidden object game built like a playful treasure hunt. You join Matt, the familiar hero from the Epic Battle Fantasy series, in a lighthearted adventure where you must track down lots of adorable cats, along with many other objects, creatures, and small details hidden throughout each area. This online version still uses Flash technology and runs through Ruffle, while the full game is available on Steam.
Each location can be explored freely: you can open parts of the environment, zoom in, and move sideways across increasingly large maps packed with things to find. The search becomes more interesting as each area grows in size and complexity. Sound effects triggered when you click on objects or animals make the game feel lively, while the hand-drawn visuals give everything a charming and distinctive style. The hint system is especially detailed: you can ask for a general direction, check whether a special action is needed to reveal the target, or spend more hint points to uncover it directly.
