Take part in a deadly duel in a sordid laboratory against a terrifying opponent with bulging eyes and an inordinately long neck! The principle is relatively simple: you must, much like Russian roulette, take turns choosing a pill to swallow until none remain, or one of you dies from poisoning. At the start of each round, you can also choose two strategic items, allowing for a unique action such as passing your turn, duplicating an item, or analyzing a pill. Side Effects is a horror strategy game with a unique and incredibly creepy atmosphere.
