Fireboy & Watergirl: 7 and Friends marks the return of a series that has become a classic since its debut in 2009. The core idea remains the same—and that’s exactly what makes it so engaging. You control two characters at once, Fireboy with the arrow keys and Watergirl with WASD, and guide them together to the exit.
Each level is built around this constant cooperation. Fireboy can’t touch water, Watergirl must avoid fire, and many mechanisms force you to coordinate their actions: holding a switch while the other moves, keeping a platform in place, or opening a path at just the right moment. It all comes down to timing and thinking ahead, with puzzles that often require a few attempts to solve.
This seventh episode introduces a real twist with three new companions. A green plush that can jump very high, a small yellow ball that slips through narrow passages, and a blue creature that’s heavier and strong enough to carry the others. Each one brings new possibilities… and new constraints.
With 36 levels playable solo or in co-op, Fireboy & Watergirl: 7 and Friends stays true to the formula while adding fresh situations. Don’t forget to collect every diamond along the way—they’re part of the challenge.
