Gin Rummy is a 2 player card game, from the Rummy family but offering faster and more intense games. The aim of the game is to form melds with your cards in hand: three of a kind or four of a kind (3 or 4 cards of the same rank) and sequences (at least 3 consecutive cards of the same suit). On each turn, the player has the choice between taking the visible card from the discard pile or drawing a card from the pile. At the end of the turn, he discards a card of his choice. A player can announce the end of a round when his hand has a maximum of 10 points in deadwood cards (each card is worth its value, face cards being worth 10 points).
