Spades is a card game, originally very popular in the United States and which, in recent years, has been played more and more in the rest of the world. It is generally played with 4 players, in teams of 2, with a deck of 52 cards. Each player bids the number of tricks they intend to take and the goal is to achieve a number of tricks at least equal to the total announced by the team. Cards are ordered from 2 to Ace and the trump is always spades. It is only possible to play spades if they have already been played to trump another trick.
